Pretty neat. Pros: This provides a lot of sensation for the price. Toy has two tips and nine intensity settings. One of the tips is a flat disk that disperses the shock somewhat. The other is a round tip that concentrates it more. If the manufacturer offered a pointed tip it would probably increase the intensity more. Settings 1, 2 and 3 produce a very faint tingling sensation. 4, 5 and 6 produce a more intense buzz or "vibrating" sensation. 7 - 9 increases the buzz and adds some heat. Perhaps a bit too mild for serious S&M play but the top three settings are attention getters especially if applied to areas with lots of nerve endings. Also intensity increases somewhat with pressure. Seems to get a lot of play from a single AA battery.
Cons: Gave it four stars for two reasons. First it beeps at you a lot. Turn the toy on and beep. Turn the setting up one notch and beep. Turn it up twice and beep beep, etc. Turn it down, same thing. Turn it off and beep. Sounds like a piece of construction equipment in reverse. Second the controls seem reversed. Pressing the intensity button close to the base turns the intensity up. Press the button closer to the tip and it turns the intensity down. Conclusion: Pretty good deal and fun to play with even if it does sound like the Roadrunner cartoon.
