I would give it 5 stars, but for me, personally, the weighs felt only for a beginner to an intermediate enthusiast, I've been doing ballbusting for 30 years. However I was able to go to the local tackle shop and get some REALLY heavy lead weights and they attached easy as pie! My wife makes me wear them to work and my balls are SUPER dangly now, it's pretty embarrassing. I sit on them all the time. She laughs at me whenever I do. I love it
